AdSnack24 Privacy Policy

AdSnack24 is an Instagram card-news publishing workflow operated by Breakers. This policy explains what information is used when the workflow publishes content to the Instagram Business account @adsnack_24.

What We Use

AdSnack24 uses Meta and Instagram Business APIs only for:

• Publishing approved card-news images and captions to the connected Instagram Business account.
• Reading basic media and account information required to publish content.
• Reading post insights after publication, such as impressions, reach, engagement, and saves.

AdSnack24 does not request or use permissions for automated direct messages, comment replies, cold messaging, or mass messaging.

Data Storage

Operational credentials are stored only in the local .env file on the operator's machine. They are not committed to the code repository.

Run outputs may be stored locally in the project directory:

• Generated card images
• Run metadata
• Publication status
• Post insight summaries
• Structured run logs

Generated card images may be uploaded to Cloudflare R2 so that Instagram can fetch them over public HTTPS URLs for publishing.

Data Sharing

AdSnack24 does not sell personal data.

Data is shared only with the services required to operate the workflow:

• Meta / Instagram APIs, for publishing and insights
• Cloudflare R2, for temporary public image hosting
• Cloudflare Pages, for this public policy page

Data Retention

Local run records are retained for operational review and performance analysis. Uploaded image assets may be deleted during regular storage cleanup.

Changes
